Phillip Schein is an author and consultant specializing in home-based business development. Phillip’s background is in accounting and information technology. He has spent over 15 years in various levels of management, and as an free-lance technology consultant, corporate trainer, and entrepreneur. The author of several books on Microsoft Exchange Server and Windows 2000 Security Design, he has taught a variety of subjects in corporate, retail, and academic environments including basic accounting, creative English composition, computer networking, computer programming, and customized accounting packages. Phillip has been certified in both networking and software application areas by Microsoft, CompTIA, Prosofttraining, and Novell. He wrote, installed, and supported customized accounting packages for several years. On the writing side, his first solo publication, in 1995, was a hardcopy AND online magazine called Kompanyon. The four-color, 51 page magazine carried monthly listings of rescued animals held in various animal shelters throughout Westchester County, NY along with other articles of interest to pet owners.
